A conductive mat, earthing cord and UK earth-pin adapter, sized 32cm x 74cm -- large enough for under a keyboard and mouse, on a chair or sofa seat, or beside the bed with an optional cotton sheet layer between you and the mat. The manufacturer also suggests it as a pet bed pad or kitchen-floor mat. It grounds through a standard UK wall socket's earth pin rather than a dedicated earthing rod.
What to check
The manufacturer's marketing describes earthing/grounding as connecting to "the Earth's limitless supply of antioxidant-producing electrons" and cites published research on better sleep, reduced inflammation and pain, improved blood flow, cortisol regulation and calming the nervous system -- these are the manufacturer's own claims and positioning, not independently verified by EMF Practical, and the manufacturer itself states this is educational information, not medical advice. Anyone considering it for a specific health concern should speak with a healthcare professional. Only grounds through a properly earthed wall socket -- test your socket's earth connection if unsure.
Confirm the exact model revision and the measurement conditions that matter to your use. Detection coverage is not a guarantee of uniform accuracy.
