A full-sized exercise mat, 61cm wide by 183cm long, with a non-slip blue side that faces the floor and a conductive black side you exercise on, connected to earth via the included cord and UK adapter (or a grounding rod, sold separately). It's PVC-free, latex-free and anti-slip, and is meant to be used in place of a regular yoga or exercise mat rather than alongside one.
