Write down the exact promise

Terms such as neutralizing, harmonizing or active protection need a defined outcome before they can be evaluated. Ask the seller what changes, how it is measured and under which conditions.

Look for a matching study

Ask whether the research evaluates the exact product and the advertised outcome. Look for a comparison group, transparent methods, limitations and independent assessment. Testimonials alone do not answer these questions.

Do not substitute one kind of evidence for another

A measurement demonstration and a health-benefit claim ask different questions. General research about EMF is not automatically evidence for a particular commercial device.

Record uncertainty clearly

This guide does not evaluate an individual Blushield model or another brand. Product-specific conclusions require reviewing its actual claims and evidence. Our other marketed products category is a place to organize that assessment, not an endorsement.
